About the role and team
As a Customer Service Agent, your main responsibility is to provide high-quality service and support to the company's business clients. The role involves a clear focus on working towards high quality goals such as customer satisfaction, short handling time, and a deep understanding of customers' needs. At the same time, the company strives to automate its processes and continuously improve its working methods.

An important part of the work is building long-term relationships with customers, understanding their business, and contributing to their success. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customers' needs are handled in the best possible way.

As part of the Business Dimestic team, you will join a close-knit team of approximately 10 people. Together, you will work closely to handle daily tasks, which include among other things:

  • Handling cases related to invoice inquiries, which can range from explaining the invoice to the customer in detail to providing the customer with a copy of the invoice. The role therefore involves close collaboration with, among others, the finance department to resolve invoice-related issues.

  • Handling customer orders, such as disputing an incorrect order where the customer believes they have been incorrectly charged for a product. You also ensure the delivery of the company's printed products and digital services in collaboration with other departments within the company.

  • Support for parts of the company's services and products, with a focus on risk and credit services as well as printed products.

The role involves contributing to the best possible service experience by handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as working proactively to identify solutions that can contribute to improvements in customers' experience and business.

Information about the assignment

  • The work is hybrid, with at least two days per week at the office located in central Stockholm.

  • Interviews are conducted continuously and the position may be filled before the stated date.

  • The assignment is a consulting contract for 6 months, but for the right candidate, there is a possibility of permanent hiring.

About you
To succeed in the role, you have an eye for detail and are communicative, solution-oriented, and structured, with the ability to handle multiple cases in parallel. You work methodically and carefully, ensuring that nothing is left to chance. You are quality-conscious and have a strong customer focus, while being comfortable working in an environment where rapid changes and high tempo are part of everyday life.

In addition, we see that you:

  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

  • Have experience in customer service

  • Have good system familiarity and experience working in various systems, such as case management systems and Microsoft-based environments.

  • Are accustomed to using the phone and computer as primary work tools.

  • Are meticulous, structured, and thrive on handling multiple work tasks in parallel.

Meritorious

  • Experience in B2B customer service

  • Experience working towards set quality and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Experience with invoice inquiries, user administration, or technical support.

  • Previous experience in customer service within the financial industry.

  • Experience working in a high-tempo environment with multiple parallel cases.

  • Worked in Salesforce

A background check will be conducted, which includes reference checks, credit control, and an extract from the criminal record register.
