About the Role

We are currently looking for an engaged Customer Service Agent to join the Business International customer service team at Dun & Bradstreet. The team works with the company's international products as well as Infotorg. In this role, you are responsible for providing professional service to corporate customers by handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You work solution-oriented and proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction while contributing to the development and improvement of workflows and processes.

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting 6 months. You will initially be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Dun & Bradstreet, with the possibility of permanent hire.

Responsibilities

As a B2B Customer Service Agent, your main responsibility is to provide high-quality service and support to corporate customers, focusing on working towards high quality goals such as customer satisfaction, short handling time, and a deep understanding of customers' needs. At the same time, Dun & Bradstreet continuously works on developing and automating its processes to create even better customer experiences and more efficient ways of working.

An important part of the job is building long-term relationships with customers, understanding their business, and contributing to their success. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customers' needs are handled in the best possible way.

As part of the Business International team, you will become part of a team of approximately 10 people. Together, you will work closely to handle daily tasks, which include:

  • Handling cases related to invoice inquiries, such as explaining invoices, sending invoice copies, and dialogue with the finance department

  • Password resets

  • Setup and administration of users

  • General support and content questions related to the company's products

  • Service and support via phone, email, and chat

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Has experience from customer service or another service role where you have worked in various systems

  • Is accustomed to communicating via phone

  • Has good computer and system proficiency and feels comfortable in a Microsoft-based environment

  • Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

  • Has an interest in developing, learning new things, and taking on new challenges

  • Is solution-oriented and thrives in a pace where no day is like the other

We consider it meritorious if you have:

  • Experience in customer service within finance, banking, or credit

  • Worked in Salesforce or similar CRM systems

To succeed in the role, you are structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You have an eye for detail and work methodically to ensure that nothing is left to chance. You are communicative, have a strong customer focus, and enjoy handling multiple cases in parallel. Additionally, you are comfortable in an environment where change and development are a natural part of everyday life.

Start: Immediately
Location: Stockholm, Kungsholmen (hybrid work with at least two days in the office per week)
Salary: According to agreement
