About the role
We are looking for an engaged and competent project designer with a focus on fiber optics.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Being responsible for the design and preparation of new construction, customer connections, network reinforcement, and rerouting within fiber optics.
- Planning and organizing assignments, including creating workplace safety plans and risk analyses.
- Creating and managing documentation internally and externally for assignments, such as calculations and quotations.
- Supporting project managers and acting as a fiber preparation specialist in projects involving the joint laying of multiple utilities.
- Documenting and following up on assignments.
- Participating in the development of working methods and routines within the field.
We are looking for you who
Are communicative and thrive when meeting customers and stakeholders. You are an experienced IT user of various systems, such as DP Spatial, and enjoy driving issues independently while being a valuable part of an excellent team.
Your qualifications
A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Professional experience (at least 4 years) in the described areas.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Knowledge and experience working with Office programs.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you have experience in design/preparation and education in BAS-U, BAS-P, AMA & EBR, and ESA. Experience working with land issues and land agreements is also considered an advantage.
