About the role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you are responsible for planning, developing, and implementing maintenance programs that ensure high availability and productivity in our test facilities and technical systems. The role is focused on emissions measurements in combustion engine test cells and involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

You are responsible for the correlation and validation of test cells using combustion engines, as well as quality assurance of measurement results. The work offers an attractive combination of practical elements and administrative tasks, making it a perfect fit for those who thrive on variety in their daily work.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and carry out maintenance-related activities.
• Ensure correct function and correlation of emissions measurement equipment in engine test cells.
• Validate and analyze test results to ensure high measurement accuracy.
• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives within maintenance, quality, and cost optimization.
• Manage contact with suppliers regarding resource planning, service agreements, and spare parts orders.
• Participate in the planning and prioritization of daily work within the team.
• Contribute to the development of procedures, standards, and working methods within maintenance and testing operations.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a technical background and some years of relevant work experience. You work independently, are solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility in an operation where technology, quality, and development are in focus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in fields such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or marine technology.
• Some years of relevant work experience in maintenance, testing operations, or technical operations.
• Good ability to plan, coordinate, and drive activities independently.
• Experience with supplier contacts and technical administration.
• Experience with combustion engines and/or emissions measurement is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
