The Technical and Leisure Administration is looking for a Lifeguard/Pool Manager
Värnamo Swimming and Sports Hall is located adjacent to Apladalen. Värnamo Swimming Hall with its fitness center has approximately 130,000 visitors per year. In the swimming hall, we offer a wide variety of water activities, including swimming lessons for schools and public swimming schools, baby swimming, adult swimming classes, and water aerobics. We also have a modern fitness center.

About the position
As a Lifeguard/Pool Manager with us, you will become an important part of our operations. Your tasks will include, among other things:
- Swimming School: Working with and supporting our swimming school activities for children and adults.
- Public Health: Promoting activity and joy of movement through our various programs and activities.
- Ensuring that our visitors feel safe and welcome.
- Contributing to a safe and pleasant environment in the pool.
- Providing service and support to visitors of all ages. Being part of a great team that helps each other with both daily routines and the development of operations.
- We work in small teams, which means working days, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifying experience (not a requirement, but a plus):
- Certified swimming instructor or experience in swimming school instruction.
- Experience as a group instructor, for example, in water aerobics or other training. Previous work in service roles.

The Technical and Leisure Administration We are involved in building new facilities and properties, maintaining the municipality's premises, and developing outdoor life. We also support associations and manage streets, roads, parks, drinking water, and wastewater. Here you will also find the swimming hall, health center, and leisure libraries.
