Do you want to work with traffic safety and help shape the drivers of the future? VFG Utbildning is now looking for a careful and responsible driving examiner who wants to support, motivate, and engage our students – while we push boundaries together.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (100%). The role involves significant responsibility within our educational operations and may also involve collaboration with other parts of the organization.

Responsibilities

As a driving examiner with us, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting driving tests and assessing students' driving skills
• Ensuring tests are conducted according to current regulations and guidelines
• Providing clear and constructive feedback to students
• Documenting and administering test results
• Contributing to the development of education and traffic safety

We are looking for someone who:

• Has approved training/certification as a driving examiner according to current requirements
• Has several years of driving experience and good knowledge of traffic rules
• Is objective, confident in assessments, and has high integrity
• Has strong pedagogical skills and can support, motivate, and engage students
• Has good administrative skills and computer proficiency
• Holds a B-driver's license and CE license (required)

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience working in upper secondary schools or similar operations
• Experience in assessment work

Other Information

• We apply a 6-month probationary period
• A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be presented before appointment
