We are looking for a Service Advisor in Ljungby

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the company and a crucial link between the customer and the workshop. Your main responsibilities include booking customers in for service and repairs, as well as handling all matters related to spare parts. You will answer phones, receive and hand over vehicles, provide price estimates, and prepare quotations. Additionally, you will manage the delivery and pickup of parts. Your workday will be varied with many customer meetings in an occasionally fast-paced environment.

There is also an opportunity for further development within the damage repair area.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are passionate about service and have a positive and solution-oriented approach. You should have good administrative skills and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Previous experience from service, Cabas, or sales is an advantage. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
