Recently, we have expanded our operations to include the buying and selling of used mobile phones, which will become a significant part of your future role.

As an employee at Fix My Phone, you will be the face of the company, meeting our customers daily. This role requires high social competence, responsibility, and a strong drive for sales.

We are currently looking for new team members for our store in Norrköping (Ingelsta). You will represent Fix My Phone as the face of the brand. Through your advice and sales expertise, you will work with customers to identify what needs to be repaired on their mobile phones or tablets. After the repair, you will follow up with the customer and simultaneously work on upselling accessories and other products. It is crucial that we meet all customer needs, both stated and hidden. We are committed to a more sustainable future, which means ensuring customers have the right protection and accessories after a repair to prevent future damage. Selling these products is part of your responsibility.

All new employees undergo comprehensive training, which includes repairing various devices, handling the cash register, and regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and genuine drive. You are responsible, organized, and value order and structure—for yourself and your colleagues.

Previous experience in sales and jobs requiring dexterity are considered meritorious.

Job Type: Part-time + Weekends

Salary: 20,000 – 50,000 SEK/month
