Scandia Pumps is growing and is now looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative/Quotation Engineer to join our team in Kungsbacka. What we offer

• Technical post-secondary education or equivalent work experience deemed comparable
• Strong ability to communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and products

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience with pumps, pump stations, or related areas
• Experience or knowledge of the water and wastewater industry and/or industrial sectors
• Experience with procurement processes, both private and public

We prefer candidates who have previously worked in similar roles or in other customer-facing positions. About the role This is a qualified role involving both sales and technical advisory work. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing quotations for both standard and customized solutions
• Analyzing customer needs and selecting the appropriate technical solution
• Working closely with sales, customers, and technical teams
• Providing technical support and relieving our technical organization
• Following up on quotations and driving business forward

We primarily serve customers in the Water and Wastewater and Industrial sectors. The role involves frequent contact both internally and externally. Tasks Based on inquiry documents and customer needs, you will select the right products regarding technical requirements and applicable standards, compiling them into a complete quotation. The work involves problem-solving, and in your daily tasks, you will maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, the sales organization, and other stakeholders via phone and email. You will primarily work with Scandia Pumps' existing customers, helping them find the right solutions. The main focus is on processing existing customers, but new customer acquisition is also part of the role. Success in this position requires good technical understanding and a willingness to understand customer needs. The role also includes responding to incoming inquiries and providing technical support together with colleagues. You are responsible for ongoing sales administration, quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
