As a Delivery Technician, you are responsible for implementing and delivering IT solutions to the client's operations. You work primarily in OnPrem and Windows environments via remote connection, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. The role involves varied work comprising both independent assignments and collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders.

• Install and configure applications in OnPrem environments
• Participate in rollouts and upgrades
• Troubleshoot and handle operational issues
• Assist customers in their IT environment
• Document solutions and configurations

• Several years of experience as an IT technician in OnPrem and Windows environments
• Good knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, and later)
• Good experience with PowerShell and scripting
• Familiarity with Git and/or TFS
• Knowledge of backup and security in OnPrem environments
• Experience with hybrid solutions, such as Azure or Microsoft 365
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network functions
• Good knowledge of virtualization, e.g., Hyper-V or VMware
