We are looking for care assistants and assistant nurses for the summer of 2026

Do you want a meaningful and varied summer job where you make a difference every day? We are now looking for dedicated and responsible summer substitutes for our short-term care facility for the entire summer.

About the role

A short-term care facility is a temporary housing solution for adults who need support, nursing care, and rehabilitation for a limited period. This may involve individuals waiting to return home after a hospital stay, needing recovery, respite, or extra support in daily life.

At our facility, we work to create safety, participation, and a good quality of life for each individual. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and relatives.

3 positions available.

Responsibilities

As a care assistant or assistant nurse, you will help our residents in their daily lives by, among other things:

• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting with meals and mobility
• Creating a sense of safety and social interaction
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks
• Documenting according to facility routines

The work is varied and involves both independent responsibility and teamwork.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as an assistant nurse or care assistant, or are currently studying within healthcare and social care
• Have a good attitude towards people and enjoy working with people
• Are responsible, flexible, and cooperative
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in healthcare and social care is an advantage, but personal suitability is very important.
