About the Role

As a Meeting Booker at Rank, you will become a key player in our growth journey. Your responsibility is to create business opportunities by scheduling high-quality meetings with decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises for our B2B sales team.

Your Responsibilities

• Contact companies to schedule meetings for our B2B sales representatives.
• Identify customer needs and match them with our offers.
• Work with campaigns and market-leading solutions within digital marketing.
• Collaborate closely with B2B sales representatives and the company's two owners to maximize the quality of scheduled meetings.

We are looking for someone who

• Is result-oriented and wants to influence their own salary.
• Is social, communicative, and has an easy time building trust.
• Has a genuine interest in sales and business development.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by clear goals.
• Is fearless, competitive, and has strong drive.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.

Previous experience in meeting booking or sales is advantageous but not required. We will train you in meeting booking, sales techniques, and our marketing solutions.
