For our client in central Linköping, we are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager/Procurement Specialist to lead procurement processes, from needs analysis and requirement specification to advertising. You will become part of a competent and welcoming team that looks forward to having your support during a planned peak workload.

The assignment is planned to start in August and is expected to last throughout the autumn. This is primarily a part-time position (80%), but the scope is open for discussion. Initially, you are expected to work on-site, with the possibility of varying between on-site and remote work later on.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis and requirement specification for procurements according to LOU (the Swedish Public Procurement Act).
• Lead the procurement process up to the advertising stage.
• Manage procurements within various service areas such as contracts, construction services, alarm systems, communication services, materials, etc.

Previous procurement documents, framework agreement documents, and supporting materials are available.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education in public procurement (e.g., university or university college) or extensive experience in the field.
• At least three years of experience independently leading procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of LOU (the Swedish Public Procurement Act).
• Strong skills in developing requirement specifications and collaborating with requirement owners.
• Merit: Experience with Kommers.
