We are looking for summer substitutes – care assistants and assistant nurses

Do you want a summer job where you make a real difference for other people? We are now seeking engaged and responsible summer substitutes for the home care service in Åmotfors during the summer of 2026.

About the job

Within the home care service, we help people to continue living at home and lead a safe and independent life. The work is varied and involves visiting users in their own homes to provide support and care based on individual needs.

You will become an important part of our users' daily lives and work together with colleagues to create safety, quality, and good care.

4 positions available.

Responsibilities

As a care assistant or assistant nurse within the home care service, you will work with tasks such as:

• Providing personal care and support in daily life
• Helping with hygiene, dressing, and meals
• Performing service tasks and social support
• Carrying out delegated health and medical care tasks
• Documenting according to the organization's routines
• The work is performed both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. The ability to work independently is essential.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as an assistant nurse or care assistant, or are currently studying within healthcare and social care
• Have a good attitude towards people and enjoy working with them
• Are responsible, flexible, and confident in working independently
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
• Previous experience within healthcare and social care is meritorious, but personal suitability is highly valued.
