We are now looking for a Diabetes Nurse to join our team in Kviberg

Job Description

We are now looking for you who are a registered nurse with diabetes competence. The position involves being responsible for and developing the diabetes clinic at the health centre in close collaboration with the rest of the team. The work is largely independent, meaning you should be able to make your own assessments and decisions. You will have a cross-professional team to help you, close collaboration with the responsible physician, regular quality rounds, and a network with other diabetes nurses in our organization.

The position also involves participating in the health centre's other work, such as telephone advice, clinic work, and vaccinations.

Qualifications

We would like you to have a few years of experience working in primary care, but even you with shorter experience are warmly welcome to apply as personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team are of utmost importance to us.

• Are a registered nurse with further education in diabetes.
• Have experience from telephone advice.

Scope: Full-time or as agreed
Employment Type: Permanent position, with a 6-month probationary period
Working Hours: Weekdays excluding holidays between 07:00-17:00
