About the role
Academic Work is recruiting a Customer Support Specialist on behalf of our client. The position is full-time with an immediate start and offers long-term prospects with the potential for permanent employment.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will become a key part of the Swedish team, supporting sales and customers with technical questions and order management. You will receive thorough training from experienced colleagues and are expected to gradually take on more responsibility as your product knowledge grows.
Responsibilities
In the role of Customer Support Specialist, you play a central part in the business by supporting both customers and the sales department with inquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries. The goal is to allow our sales team to focus on sales and our delivery organization to focus on logistics, while you become the natural contact for technical questions, product information, and daily customer service. The role involves a varied daily routine where you act as a technical advisor and administrative support to ensure customers receive the right solutions for their needs within building automation.
You do not need to know everything from day one – we offer a comprehensive introduction and look forward to your development as you gradually take on more responsibility.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Process and register incoming customer orders.
- Handle complaint cases.
- Support the sales team in their daily work.
We are looking for someone who
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as these are used in daily work.
- Has a technical interest.
- Has prior work experience in customer service.
