About the Role

As a Data Coordinator, you play a vital role in contributing to a unified working method with correct and cohesive documentation.

The role involves supporting projects by managing CAD and data coordination, document management, as well as inventories and investigations related to the technical documentation of public transport. A central task in this role is to ensure that all handling of technical documentation follows established processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• You are responsible for coordinating and quality-assuring the project's technical documentation – from design to completed facility and handover.

• You ensure that all documentation complies with current requirements, processes, and structures, and is correctly updated and available in the project's systems.

• You lead the coordination between external design suppliers and manage review flows, including meetings, feedback, and deliveries.

• You act as a central contact in the project and support project management through reporting, meeting participation, and ongoing coordination.

Who are you?

For this role, we require structure, drive, strong analytical skills, as well as a collaborative spirit and the ability to nurture both internal and external relationships.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• A completed university degree or other relevant education.

• A couple of years of documented experience from the design process in a client organization.

• A couple of years of experience working with CAD and/or BIM software.

• Fluency in Swedish and English.

It is highly meritorious if you have a couple of years of experience in asset management related to rail transport, as well as experience working in systems that handle general records and diary registration.

Additional Information

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment for a period of three years, with great opportunities for extension. Start date is ASAP.
