Your Role

As a Site Manager at VKAB, you will be given great trust and significant freedom. You will drive your projects independently – from start to finish – and lead your work team with support from engaged colleagues and foremen. Here, you have the opportunity to genuinely influence both working methods and results.

You will report directly to the Construction Manager and become a key person in the company's continued development.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has several years of experience driving construction projects and thrives in an environment where team spirit and responsibility go hand in hand.
• Is accustomed to leading both people and projects.
• Has good financial understanding and a practical grasp of the work.
• Has a valid B-class driver's license.

You Are a Person Who:

• Enjoys collaborating and working closely with your work team.
• Has the ability to plan and structure while remaining flexible.
• Is solution-oriented and confident in your decisions.
