About the role

As a scooper, you are the face of our brand and a crucial part of the experience. It’s not just about serving gelato, but about how you do it. The pace can be fast, but we never compromise on quality, hospitality, or atmosphere.

Your responsibilities include:

• Serving gelato and coffee with precision and pride
• Providing personal, warm, and professional hospitality
• Maintaining a clean, beautiful, and inviting environment
• Working closely with your team in daily operations

We are looking for someone who:

• Fluently speaks Swedish
• Is at least 20 years old
• Has a sense for service and enjoys meeting people
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
• Is detail-oriented, responsible, and attentive
• Is a team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere
• Is flexible with working hours (days, evenings, weekends)

You don’t need to know everything from day one – but you do need to care. About the ingredients, the craft, and every guest you meet.

It’s a plus if you:

• Have experience from cafes, service, or restaurants
• Have an interest in coffee or gelato
