We are now looking for two Service Handlers for our client in Linköping, starting as agreed. In this role, you will have a dynamic and developmental daily routine where you work to provide professional service, handle various types of customer cases, and contribute to high customer satisfaction!
You will be part of a team where collaboration and communication are central. The assignment is during daytime hours, Monday to Friday. The assignment is expected to last until the turn of the year with the possibility of extension.
About the role
As a Service Handler, you have an important role in supporting residents and patients with their cases. Your main task is to handle cases via phone and digital channels, providing a secure and professional contact. By relieving healthcare operations, you contribute to good care and service in Östergötland.
The assignment includes handling cases regarding patient invoices, fees and regulations in healthcare, care choices, and high-cost protection. The operation also handles orders of products that support patients' care and health, as well as scanning work.
The operation is on a development journey with the ambition to find new ways to create relief for healthcare. This means the assignment will change over time with new developmental and value-creating tasks.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have at least a high school education and at least one year of experience working in customer service or support. You have good communication skills and enjoy meeting people in different situations. It is meritorious if you have experience from public sector operations or have previously worked with invoice handling or similar administrative tasks. Since we handle invoice cases, education with an economic focus is meritorious.
Since the role involves contact with residents and patients, very good knowledge of Swedish is required in both speech and writing.
As a person, you are positive, engaged, and have a strong sense of service. You take responsibility for your work and work purposefully to achieve results.
You are customer-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious, with the ability to prioritize and keep order even in a changing daily routine.
