Nurse Wanted for Infectious Disease Department – Autumn Assignment 2026

Are you a nurse who thrives in a varied care environment with a strong medical focus and close patient contact?

We are now looking for a registered nurse for an assignment within infectious disease care during the autumn of 2026.

About the Assignment

You will work in an infectious disease department where patients with varying medical conditions are treated. The role involves broad nursing responsibilities and close collaboration with multiple professions within inpatient care.

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

• Nursing care and observation of inpatients
• Medication management and infusions
• Assessment and follow-up of patient status
• Documentation and coordination of patient care
• Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals

The role requires a structured approach, strong prioritization skills, and a professional demeanor.

Duration & Scope

• Period: Weeks 37–48
• Scope: Approximately 215 hours
• Working hours according to schedule; day/evening/night shifts and weekends may occur

We are looking for someone who

• Is a registered nurse
• Has experience from inpatient care or medical wards
• Is confident in independent assessments and prioritization
• Has good teamwork skills and works with patient safety in mind
• Thrives in an operation with varying patient flows

Merits:

• Experience in infectious disease care
• Experience with electronic health record systems in inpatient care

Requirements for Presentation

The following documents must be available for the presentation:

• Updated CV
• Valid professional license/certification
• Adult CPR certification
• Two current references from your most recent assignment or employment
