Responsible for service, consulting, and machinery rental

With us, you become an important part of the team. Together, we create a warm welcome and clear guidance for our customers. You will primarily be based at the customer center and the workshop. You will also occasionally work on-site with customers, giving you the opportunity to get closer to their daily routines and needs.

In this role, you work with repairs, service, and maintenance of equipment. You provide advice regarding our machinery range, participate in sales, and contribute to smooth deliveries. You ensure that the equipment maintains high quality and is safe to use, while also helping us meet our environmental requirements.

You have sales experience and a strong interest in service

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have genuine commitment to what you do. You thrive in meetings with people and have an easy time building good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. You take responsibility, are proactive, and are happy to help out where needed to provide the best possible service.

Since the role involves close collaboration with our other customer centers, it is important that you are flexible, curious, and accustomed to working in teams. You work in a structured manner, are meticulous in your tasks, and enjoy finding solutions that exceed customer expectations.

The position requires:

• At least two years of experience in service work
• At least two years of experience in repairs and machinery knowledge
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English
• Good computer skills, such as proficiency in Word and Excel
• Valid Category B driver's license

It is meritorious if you have a construction worker's permit and experience operating wheel loaders or larger machinery. Previous experience from the rental industry or the construction industry is also considered an advantage.
