We are seeking a communicator for a consultancy assignment with a well-known authority in Malmö/Lund. The assignment starts on 2026-08-10 (or earlier by agreement) and runs until 2026-12-31. There is also an opportunity to extend the assignment. The position is full-time (100%) and you will work at the client's premises in Lund as well as Malmö.

In this role, you will be the hub of our ongoing communication activities. Your assignment spans both strategic planning and operational execution. You work broadly with everything from digital content to physical meetings, and you thrive navigating both planned campaigns and fast-paced communication challenges. We are looking for a person with strong self-drive who collaborates easily and has no problem performing administrative tasks. You are structured and self-motivated, with good abilities to plan, produce, and deliver. You are skilled at building relationships, creating trust, and working well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Your assignment is to support ongoing operations and to plan, produce, execute, and deliver decided activities such as:
• Outputs and materials for internal and external channels
• Printed and digital dispatches
• Information and presentation materials
• Events such as consultations
• Photography and film
• Press activities
• Study visits, information meetings, consultations, and other activities directed at the public or stakeholders
• Monitor and respond to incoming feedback from the public
• Handle communication challenges and opportunities

Qualifications

• University education, for example in media and communication science or equivalent, and at least three (3) years of work experience from similar work. Alternatively, upper secondary education or equivalent plus five (5) years of work experience as a communicator.
• Knowledge of digital communication and social media.
• Knowledge of brand building.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of editing tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and web publishing tools (e.g., Episerver, Sitevision, etc.).
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of plain language principles.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Ability to provide at least one reference assignment.

Meritorious:

• Experience in planning, production, execution, and follow-up of communication.
• Experience in writing and tailoring content for different channels, such as social media, dispatches, and websites.
• Professional experience in web publishing and knowledge of the web publishing tool Optimizely.
• Experience working in other government agencies or public sector operations.
