Responsibilities

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's strategic and operational management. Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the company with a focus on growth, profitability, and high customer satisfaction.
• Building strong structures, working methods, and an attractive corporate culture.
• Managing the transport fleet, drivers, dispatchers, and administration.
• Driving business development and securing new corporate contracts with businesses, hotels, and organizations.
• Ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, safety requirements, and authority mandates.
• Working closely with the board and serving as the face of the company.
• Managing finances, budgeting, and key performance indicators.
• Recruiting, developing, and leading employees.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience as a CEO or in another senior leadership position.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading change management.
• A good understanding of the transport industry, preferably in taxi or mobility services.
• Strong business acumen combined with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Very good proficiency in English (Swedish is an advantage).
• A clear, engaging, and results-oriented leadership style.
