About the role
At Synsam Outlet, the optician is at the center and a key factor for our success. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend visual aids to our customers at the highest clinical level. In the store, you work in a knowledgeable team together with the store manager and sales staff who enthusiastically offer our customers the best solutions to see well and look good!

We are looking for an optician who:

✨ Values meeting people and building strong and long-term customer relationships.
✨ Is attentive to the customer's needs and has a pronounced quality consciousness.
✨ Communicates pedagogically and confidently with customers.
✨ Is responsible and solution-oriented.
✨ Holds an optician license – with or without a DO/Master's degree.

Naturally, we also look for a passion for eye health!
