Today we offer sushi and poké, but our ambition is to further develop our assortment with more Asian dishes such as kimbap, satay, Vietnamese spring rolls, bibimbap, and other exciting flavors from Asian cuisine.

As the Manager of the Asian Kitchen, you work operationally on the department and also contribute to developing the department forward. You are responsible for quality, structure, and ensuring the department always maintains a high standard with a clean and tidy working method. There are two full-time employees in the department, and you work closely together in the daily operations.

The Asian Kitchen is part of the business area Hot & Cold Kitchen.

We are looking for you who:

• Are driven, engaged, and responsible
• Have an interest in Asian food and preferably experience from similar work
• Are structured and thrive with order and cleanliness
• Focus on quality, hygiene, and service
• Enjoy developing new ideas and concepts

The Position:

• Full-time
• Start: September 1, 2026
• Daytime hours plus work one weekend per month
