About the role
We are now looking for a new star for our team who is flexible and can come in to work extra when needed. Perfect for you who cannot work full-time and want a flexible daily life! As a receptionist at Fågelbro Säteri, you are a central part of the guest experience – you are the first to greet our guests and the last to say goodbye. With warmth, joy, and professionalism, you ensure that every visitor feels seen and welcome, in true Sabis spirit. You are responsible for check-ins and check-outs, cash handling, and upselling, while keeping an eye on details and ensuring the environment is always inviting. Your daily tasks also include answering emails and phone calls, and receiving bookings from private guests. You ensure that the relaxation department is opened, closed, and kept tidy, and you regularly patrol the salons to ensure everything looks perfect.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in an environment where no day is the same and has a solution-focused attitude! You communicate effortlessly in both Swedish and English, have good computer skills, and basic knowledge of the Office package. If you have experience working in a hotel or reception, we consider this an advantage. As a person, you are genuinely service-oriented, have your own drive, and take responsibility for ensuring the guest always gets a top-class experience. You treat both guests and colleagues with joy, care, and professionalism – and you always have a smile ready. If you have experience working in a hotel or reception, we consider this an advantage. A driver's license and access to a car are also considered advantages for the position.
