Are you looking for a pleasant job as a nurse in a residential care facility during weeks 31, 32, 33, and 34? We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and want to work at Solgården, Rosgårdens residential care facility in Hägersten-Älvsjö. You will receive a schedule and work 90–100 %.

We are looking for you who:
- Can work during weeks 31, 32, 33, and 34, and complete an introduction according to agreement before starting.
- Have experience working as a nurse in a residential care facility.
- Can document in the system Vodok.
- Have good collaboration skills with colleagues.
The schedule will consist of day and evening shifts, with occasional weekend work.
Your role
- Be responsible for health and medical care measures according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) for the residents.
- Assess and follow up on health conditions and, if necessary, initiate medical interventions.
- Handle medication according to current guidelines.
- Document according to the Social Services Act and Patient Data Act.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, rehabilitation personnel, doctors, and relatives.
- Contribute to safe and secure care by working according to the organization's routines and guidelines.
