We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in the medtech sector in Solna. The desired start date is June 14, 2026. This is a consulting assignment for an initial period of 6 months, where you will be employed as a consultant via The Place and work at our client's premises.
About the role
In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will become an important part of an engaged team where you are responsible for ensuring efficient and correct handling of customer cases and order flows. You will work in an international environment where you communicate daily with customers, colleagues, and partners.
The role places high demands on attention to detail, structure, and system proficiency, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
Your main responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and order flows with high quality and accuracy.
- Ensure that cases are handled according to SLAs and set timeframes.
- Follow up and ensure that tasks are completed according to goals.
- Work according to internal processes, guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Identify and report deviations and contribute to improvement work.
- Participate actively in training, projects, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, quality assurance, and audits.
- Contribute flexibility and support the team as needed.
We are looking for you who
- Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within MedTech or a similar industry.
- Have experience with order management in business systems.
- Have good IT and system proficiency.
- Have experience working according to quality requirements and regulations (e.g., SOX).
- Have a high school diploma.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, and have knowledge of an additional Nordic language.
You are structured, meticulous, and efficient in your work, with a strong service focus and a natural feel for customer interaction. You thrive in collaboration with others and are a team player who contributes to a positive team spirit. Furthermore, you are engaged, responsible, and have good communication skills.

- Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Location: Solna (with the possibility to work from home a couple of days a week)
