Job Description

We are looking for sales staff with a great interest in shoes, fashion, and trends. We offer you a varied, customer-focused, and challenging job. You will work in our store with shoe sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management. We have a modern and pleasant store environment. The job involves enjoying working in a team with your colleagues as well as independently. With a desire to learn and develop, we can offer exciting and content-rich work where no two days are alike.

Your primary task is primarily to always keep the customer in focus. You will also work actively with upselling, stay updated on current sales campaigns and follow up on these, maintain the store environment, and strive for and aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

You have a current or completed upper secondary education. You have previous experience of retail sales with a high level of service; you are driven by and enjoy selling and working according to set key figures and goals. You always put the customer first and work in a service-oriented manner.

We are looking for someone who is positive, receptive, and stress-resistant. Being engaged, driven, and used to taking the initiative are other important qualities we look for in you. You take responsibility for your tasks and your role as a salesperson. You are social, open, and work both customer-oriented and sales-oriented.

We are looking for someone who

• has cash register experience

• has experience working in a store previously

• has a current or completed upper secondary education

• is at least 18 years old when starting the position

• has good teamwork skills

We consider it an advantage if you have

• visual merchandising knowledge from previous work

• experience working with fashion/retail previously

• completed sales training

Job Information

Position: We are now looking for a salesperson for Skopunkten Backaplan

Hours: 20 hours/week, temporary position until 2026-12-31 with the possibility of extension

Start Date: Immediately
