Are you a nurse and looking for a challenging and rewarding job in a residential care facility during weeks 29, 30, and 31? We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to work during these weeks at Axgården Residential Care Facility in Hägersten-Älvsjö. You will receive a schedule and work 90–100%.
Axgården Residential Care Facility is a unit with space for 49 residents. The unit is located in a building with both a restaurant and a kiosk, as well as close to both bus and subway stations.
We are looking for you who:
- Can work during weeks 29, 30, and 31, as well as a few days for introduction according to agreement before start.
- Have experience working as a nurse in a residential care facility.
- Can document patient records in Vodok.
- Have good collaboration skills with colleagues.
The schedule will consist of day shifts, evening shifts, and occasional weekend shifts.
Your role
- Be responsible for health and medical care measures according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) for the residents.
- Assess and follow up on health status, and initiate medical measures if necessary.
- Handle medications according to current guidelines.
- Document according to the Social Services Act and Patient Records Act.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, rehabilitation personnel, doctors, and relatives.
- Contribute to safe and secure care by working according to the organization's routines and guidelines.
