Develop and drive a SaaS portfolio at Ada Digital's client in Stockholm as an Interim Product Manager in a consulting assignment.
Do you want to take a key role in the development of a modern software portfolio where business, product, and market meet? Ada Digital is now looking for an Interim Product Manager for an 18-month consulting assignment at our client in Stockholm. Our client is an international retail tech company that develops digital solutions for the retail industry, helping store chains worldwide to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and create smarter stores. The company is an established player in its field with a global presence and solutions used in over 80 countries. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for developing and implementing the strategy for the client's SaaS portfolio. You will work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and development to create attractive offerings that generate business value for both the customer and the company.

What you will do
- Define and further develop the software portfolio together with the Head of Product Management
- Drive the implementation of the portfolio strategy
- Develop value propositions, customer offerings, and product offerings
- Responsible for packaging and pricing of recurring SaaS revenue
- Gather market feedback and translate insights into commercial requirements
- Prioritize needs and requirements together with Product Owners
- Educate and support the sales organization regarding offerings and portfolio
- Create sales materials together with the marketing department
- Present offerings to customers and partners
- Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding the software portfolio
Your team and workplace
As a consultant via Ada Digital, you work at our client's office in Stockholm. The client is a listed, international retail tech company that develops digital solutions for the retail industry. With operations in Europe, North America, and Asia, as well as customers in over 80 countries, the company is an established player in the digitalization of store environments.
You work closely with the Head of Product Management and collaborate with Product Owners, project managers, the marketing department, the sales organization, and external partners. The role has many touchpoints and gives you the opportunity to influence how the client's software offering is developed, communicated, and creates business value in a global market.
About you
We are looking for you who have at least 3–5 years of experience as a commercial Product Manager and have worked in operations where software and hardware interact. You have experience in developing, packaging, and pricing SaaS offerings, as well as a good understanding of how commercial needs are translated into competitive products and services. You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background and are comfortable working both strategically and operationally. The role requires that you can navigate between different functions and create alignment regarding goals, priorities, and offerings.
To succeed in the assignment, you are proactive, action-oriented, and thrive in an environment where ways of working and processes continue to develop. You are trustworthy in dialogue with various stakeholders and have very good communication skills, both verbal and written. You are accustomed to presenting offerings, training organizations, and transforming market insights into business decisions and priorities.
