POWER is looking for a passionate, engaged, and driven Department Manager!

The position is a part-time temporary assignment (85%) with a start date to be agreed upon.

As a Department Manager at POWER, we have high expectations of you and that you always act as a role model. You will receive clear goals for both your own and the department's sales, which will be followed up on continuously. You will spend the majority of your time working as a salesperson in the store, where you interact with our customers.

We want you to be flexible and open to change, as the industry and the daily life we operate in are constantly changing. We need to continuously adapt to meet the expectations of our customers and employees.

Leadership, sales, results, and customer focus are things you find interesting, stimulating, and developing. You lead by example, share your experiences, and enjoy spreading positive energy.

You have a strong will and ability to take responsibility and enjoy working at a fast pace. We also expect you to be positive, proactive, and willing to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Plan and conduct various types of meetings, such as morning briefings, staff meetings, and employee reviews.
