Nordisk Hemservice is a family-owned business established in 2002. The company was founded by sisters Maria Irebro and Marie-Louise Bergqvist. Today, we have approximately 150 employees working in Danderyd, Östermalm, and Södermalm.

Nordisk Hemservice has agreements with the City of Stockholm. In our work, we follow established routines and guidelines along with continuous quality controls.

We are now looking for more assistant nurses (undersköterskor) who want to work with us!

Qualifications

• Experience in service professions
• Good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Experience in nursing/care
• Nursing and care education of at least 800 credits
• Good physical fitness as the work involves a lot of walking and heavy lifting

Job Responsibilities

Working within home care means working independently with great responsibility. At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our customers and their relatives. Your tasks include planning and performing nursing care in customers' homes, such as:

• Personal care (help with personal hygiene, moving, dressing).
• Service (cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry).
• Accompaniment (accompanying the customer to activities outside the home).

After each visit, you will perform thorough documentation and time registration in a mobile application, and you will travel between customers on foot, by bicycle, or by car.

Visits to customers take place between 07:00-22:00, every day of the year. We would appreciate it if you are flexible and can work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

We prefer that you can work between 70-90% and do not have other employment.
