You will step into a key role in a high-priority initiative within Backup & Recovery, with the goal of strengthening digital operational resilience in a complex banking environment. The focus is on introducing a cyber vault for distributed platforms, thereby creating better conditions for restoring critical functions after a cyberattack, while ensuring the business meets regulatory requirements related to DORA.

You will drive an epic encompassing both hardware and software, spanning from design and architecture to testing, implementation, and handover to operations. The role involves numerous interfaces and close collaboration with vendors, IT security, architects, and technical teams within communications and infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine project management with a crucial assignment at the intersection of technology, recoverability, and cybersecurity.

• You lead the planning, coordination, and follow-up of the implementation of a cyber vault for distributed platforms.
• You drive the work together with vendors, IT security, and internal technical teams to create progress and clarity throughout the delivery.
• You facilitate design, architecture, and whiteboard meetings to ensure the solution is anchored and approved before production.
• You coordinate the implementation of both hardware and software and support the connection of ICT systems included in business-critical processes.
• You monitor requirements, dependencies, and risks to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time.
• You contribute to structured testing and verification so that the recovery of applications and data can be validated in the cyber vault.
• You work towards a smooth transition from implementation to operations together with the program architect, test architect, infrastructure architects, and vendor specialists.

• Previous experience implementing technical solutions.
• Ability to plan, follow up on, and steer epics or projects.
• Ability to analyze requirements, dependencies, and risks.
• Ability to motivate, engage, and collaborate in an environment with many stakeholders.
• You are communicative and have an aptitude for building relationships.
• You work in a structured, clear, and organized manner.
• You thrive in technical environments where implementation occurs in close collaboration with security, infrastructure, and platform teams.
