Do you have a passion for wound care and want to support healthcare professionals in their daily work – with both knowledge and smart digital tools? Do you want to help improve the quality of care for patients with complex wounds? Then this might be the role for you.

OneWound is a concept developed by OneMed Sweden, consisting of competence-building initiatives, patient-centric wound programs, and a digital platform that makes wound care more structured, evidence-based, and efficient.

We train healthcare professionals across the country, both in clinical settings and at universities, and offer wound care advice directly through the digital platform OneWound. By supporting healthcare staff in their daily routines, we contribute to faster wound healing, reduced patient suffering, freed-up resources, lower costs, and reduced environmental impact.

In short: we make a real difference.

The wound team consists of dedicated and skilled district nurses/registered nurses who work in close and daily contact with our customers. In the OneWound team, we combine clinical knowledge with technology – and we do it with heart, courage, and curiosity.

We are now looking for an engaged Healthcare Developer who wants to become part of the OneWound team.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily work with:

Clinical Expert Support

Through the platform's chat function, you provide advice, treatment proposals, and clinical assessments to ensure that patients receive the right treatment at the right time. You help healthcare staff make confident decisions in complex situations.

Training and Implementation

You train healthcare staff to work in a structured and evidence-based manner using our OneWound platform, based on the national care program for complex wounds. You support organizations in implementing a more uniform and quality-assured way of working.

In addition, you will also work with:

Quality Assurance and Inventory Optimization

You help healthcare units optimize their product range and inventory structure so that the right products are used correctly, cost-effectively, and sustainably.

Sales and Concept Dissemination

You process new customers and collaborate with the rest of the sales organization within OneMed to spread the concept to more municipalities, primary care centers, and private healthcare providers.

Development of our Digital Platform

Through your knowledge and customer contacts, you identify needs, areas for improvement, and new ideas – and actively contribute to making OneWound even better.

We are looking for you who

  • Are a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or District Nurse with at least 5 years of experience. (Further education/experience in wound care, diabetes, or pain is meritorious)
  • Have a strong interest in advanced wound care and the development of wound care practices
  • Feel comfortable working with digital tools
  • Are confident working independently, in a structured, and pedagogical manner
  • Enjoy training others, giving presentations, and meeting customers

You hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and are willing to travel for work, approx. 30-50 days per year.

You have the opportunity to work largely from home. You will also be offered an office space at one of OneMed's offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, or Stockholm. The position is a permanent full-time role.

We offer

  • Company car or benefit car
  • Wellness allowance of 4,000 SEK per year
  • An inspiring work environment in modern and pleasant premises
  • Gym access (at offices in Malmö and Gothenburg)
