Your RoleAs the Responsible Person for Pharmaceutical Products (LMA), you work with care, quality, and patient safety in focus. In your role, you ensure that operations meet current requirements and contribute to us being a reliable partner in pharmaceutical manufacturing and pharmaceutical services.
You are responsible for three units under the same license: Manufacturing, Clinical Trials, and Customer Service, and you are located within Manufacturing, where you also participate in daily work.
In the role, you work close to the operations and play an important part in developing, implementing, and following up on routines and processes. You coach colleagues in everyday life and contribute to a learning and quality-driven culture.
You are part of a network of LMA within Apoteket and collaborate with Responsible Persons within the Dosage & Care business area. You report to the Operations Manager at Manufacturing.
The position is a fixed-term contract of approximately 1.5 years.
What you will do with us:Create and implement routines, processes, and structures for the operations
Drive and develop continuous improvement work
Investigate deviations and dispatch errors
Conduct self-inspections
Support risk and incident analysis
Guide colleagues in pharmaceutical assessments and quality issues
Work partially operationally within manufacturing to ensure a close connection to operations
For this position, you must be a licensed pharmacist or registered dispensing pharmacist. You have at least two years of experience from pharmacy operations as well as experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You have experience working as a Responsible Person for Pharmaceutical Products and/or with deviation management, including root cause analysis and planning and follow-up of actions.
You have a particular interest in quality, patient safety, and improvement work
You are analytical and have the ability to identify risks, understand causes, and find solutions
You enjoy collaborating and building trusting relationships in your work
You are structured, organized, and have the ability to prioritize to achieve set goals
You actively share your knowledge and contribute to the team's development
We believe you thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with the development of processes and ways of working
It is an advantage if you have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and work with self-control programs, self-inspections, or instructions.
