Perfect part-time position at 50% – work mornings during the summer!

We are now looking for an inside sales representative for our client, a well-established and innovative technology company with a global presence. The company develops advanced equipment designed for situations where safety is crucial. You will become part of a tight-knit team with high morale and a strong sense of camaraderie, located at the office in Täby. The need is initially for part-time work during the summer, with good opportunities for an increased workload after the summer. The role suits you if you thrive working structured hours in the mornings and appreciate free afternoons during the summer period!

As a Sales Coordinator, you will have a central and varied role where you act as the link between the customer and internal functions. You will work closely with both Swedish and international customers and build long-term relationships with distributors in a global market.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle orders and quotes for both Swedish and international customers
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Send order confirmations and follow up on deliveries
• Support field sales and export sales staff with questions regarding delivery, payment, and business terms

• Have experience in customer service, support, and/or sales
• Have post-secondary education
• Have good computer skills and are comfortable with the Office suite
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Have a proactive, structured, and business-minded approach to work
• Enjoy a role where you build relationships and drive business forward

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education
• Good computer skills

Merits:

• Background in technology, IT, telecommunications, or similar fields
• Experience from the fire and rescue service or similar operations is seen as a strong merit.
• Experience with business systems, such as Business Central

The position is a part-time role at 50% located at the client's office in Täby, Stockholm. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays, Monday to Friday, with work in the mornings. The assignment is initially for approximately three months, where you will be employed by Hero with good opportunities for full-time work after the summer. We therefore appreciate that you are available to start immediately!

We would prefer that you are available to work most of the summer, but if you already have a pre-planned trip or vacation during any week, that is perfectly fine.
