We are looking for an experienced staffing administrator and scheduler for the Radiology Clinic at the University Hospital.
What we offer
The Radiology Clinic in Linköping is a highly specialized clinic with a high pace of development. In addition to clinical operations, we conduct both development and research in collaboration with the research unit Center for Medical Image Science and Visualization (CMIV). The clinic performs approximately 180,000 examinations annually across the following modalities: computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine (PET/CT), ultrasound, angiography/intervention, and conventional X-ray. A significant portion of our operations is acute, with our emergency radiology unit located directly adjacent to the emergency department. The clinic employs approximately 230 staff members, including radiologists, radiographers, nursing assistants, and healthcare administrators.
Job Description
As a staffing administrator at the clinic, you will handle all tasks related to staffing. Your responsibilities include daily resource management, scheduling, short- and long-term resource planning, as well as administration within the payroll system.
You will be part of a work group that jointly is responsible for the staffing assignments. The group works in teams with all professional categories and in close collaboration with the clinic's unit managers.

About you
You have experience working with staffing planning and scheduling. It is an advantage if you have previously worked as an administrator in the scheduling and payroll system Tessa. You should have an interest and some experience with various IT systems and digital solutions. To succeed in the role, you must have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are accommodating, positive, and have the willingness and ability to help others. You are communicative, handle stressful situations well, and have strong teamwork skills. Flexibility is seen as a given.
