As a Project Manager, you are a central figure in the projects. You are responsible for budget, schedule, quality, and delivery on time – from planning to execution. The role also involves leading and supporting other consultants and ensuring that our deliverables meet the customer's requirements and technical standards. Assignments vary from smaller local projects to larger, long-term, and complex assignments spanning several years.

In your role, you collaborate closely with the customer, other technical disciplines, and various stakeholders to create integrated and sustainable solutions that meet the project's needs.

You will be based at one of our offices in Piteå or Luleå.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a high school, university, or civil engineering degree in civil engineering or urban planning, or have equivalent relevant work experience. You have at least three years of experience as a project manager or project leader, have worked in multidisciplinary projects, and wish to take a more senior role in leading complex projects and acting as a mentor to others.

You have good knowledge of economics and business acumen, and experience managing budgets and resources with good financial insight. We also expect you to have a good understanding of the laws, standards, and technical guidelines that govern the industry, and that you can ensure our projects comply with current regulations and maintain high technical quality.

To succeed in the role, you need good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as you will collaborate with both national and international actors.

Since we work continuously with international partners, it is an advantage if you have experience managing employees in other countries.

Work experience as an entrepreneur or with our clients is an advantage.
