Information about the position

Professionals Nord is now launching this successful setup again in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of ventilation technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of ventilation technician.

You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transfer to Bravida, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introductory period

The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical moments to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you will develop in areas such as:

• Materials and components
• Drawings and system understanding
• Assembly and installation
• Construction process, projects, and contracting
• Planning, work environment, and safety
• Digital tools and documentation

We offer the possibility of study support throughout the introductory period.

Education: August 17 – November 6, 2026

First day at Bravida: November 9, 2026

Information about the position

The position involves working as a ventilation technician in Luleå, where you will have a free and varied daily routine with significant personal responsibility. You will work with service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and adjustment of ventilation systems for various customers, ensuring that no two days are alike.

You will largely plan your own work, have ongoing customer contact, and become an important part of creating good indoor environments for both businesses and public operations. Here, you will become part of a secure and cohesive team with good morale, an open atmosphere, and great opportunities to influence.

We are looking for you who

• Are 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma
• Have a strong interest in making a career change to Ventilation Technician
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Have passed tests (MAP & Matrigma)
• Have passed a background check

Since the role involves contact with both customers and colleagues, we also see that you are social, service-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating. You thrive just as well working independently on assignments as you do with the team, and contribute a positive attitude to the group.
