• You have solid experience (7+ years) as a software or infrastructure engineer

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a Senior Systems Engineer at IKEA, your days will be varied, collaborative, and hands-on. You’ll design, build, and run digital services that support our customers and co-workers globally.

Some of your daily activities will include:

• Building, running, and improving digital products and services

• Designing solutions with automation and self-service in mind

• Monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure stability and performance

• Leading change activities and supporting your teammates through them

• Collaborating with stakeholders across IKEA to shape solutions and roadmaps

• Coaching engineers and promoting good engineering practices

• Continuously improving how we work through testing, analysis, and learning
