Do you want to work with some of the most well-known industrial companies in the Nordics?

Abileer works with technical solutions for some of the largest players in the Nordic automotive and manufacturing industries. The product range extends from vehicle lighting and load securing to customized solutions for commercial vehicles and industrial applications.

Abileer is now strengthening its OEM business with a Key Account Manager who will work closely with some of the company's most important customers, both in Sweden and on selected export markets.

This is an important role for us. Our customers have high demands and often complex needs, which means the relationships become very long-term. You need to understand both the business and the customer's operations to succeed, says Johanna Bylund, Sales Director at Abileer.

The customers are found in the automotive industry, manufacturing industry, and the OEM segment. Several of the business deals involve special solutions where Abileer works closely with the customer over a long period.

More than traditional sales

Unlike many other traditional sales roles, this is more about building long-term collaborations where quality is in focus. Projects can last for a long time and include everything from quotation work and special pricing to product development and coordination with internal functions.

Many of our deals are complex and require close collaboration with the customer. It is largely about understanding their processes, being solution-oriented, and being able to drive the business forward over time, explains Johanna.

The role involves responsibility for customers in Sweden and on export markets such as Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Travel occurs regularly (approx. 50–60 overnight stays per year), but much of the work also takes place from the headquarters in Örebro.

A company with short decision-making paths

Abileer is the result of the merger between Sternhammar, HBA Fordonsteknik, and CDS Produkter and is today part of Axel Johnson International. At the same time, the entrepreneurial way of working remains in the business, where decision-making paths are short and the collaboration between sales, purchasing, and product development is close.

Examples of tasks:

  • Responsible for and develop business with selected key customers in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
  • Build long-term customer relationships in the Swedish market and selected export markets.
  • Work with quotation and price management as well as business negotiations.
  • Drive customer-specific solutions in close collaboration with product teams and purchasing.
  • Plan and conduct customer meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer collaborations.
  • Work in CRM and business systems for follow-up, analysis, and sales planning.
  • Collaborate internally regarding product development, assortment, and technical solutions.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who have experience of long-term B2B sales within industry, automotive, or manufacturing operations. You are used to driving complex deals with many contact points and thrive in a role where relationships, structure, and business acumen are crucial.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience of sales to OEM, automotive, or industrial customers.
  • Experience in driving long-term and complex deals.
  • Experience with quotation work, pricing, and business negotiations.
  • Good technical understanding and interest in product-oriented sales.
  • Experience working with manufacturing companies.
  • Ability to build strong and long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience with CRM and business systems.
  • Good analytical skills and business-minded thinking.
  • Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious if you have experience from the automotive industry, defense industry, or international sales.
