This position is a parental leave replacement with a planned employment period from August 2026 to August 2027.

About the Workplace

WIN operates marketplaces for businesses and innovations within water, societal security, and energy. Over the years, we have developed our own innovation toolkit aimed at accelerating the path to market for sustainable innovations. Our business network members include both small and large companies and organizations from the public and private sectors, as well as universities—all engaged in developing and implementing new, innovative solutions.

WIN has over 200 companies and organizations as active members. These members meet both physically and digitally at our meeting platforms: WIN Water, WIN Guard, and WIN Energy, which together form WIN’s innovation platform.

The heart of WIN’s operations lies in our meeting platforms and events. These can be physical, digital, or hybrid. Here, our members meet regularly to exchange thoughts, ideas, and visions, while creating new business opportunities and joint development initiatives. This is where you come in! WIN is seeking a flexible Event Coordinator who takes primary responsibility for, and helps further develop, our meetings, events, and activities.

Suitable Background

As a person, you should be curious, development-oriented, relationship-building, and systematic, yet flexible. If you are interested in new technology and curious about future solutions, WIN will be the perfect fit for you. We are engaged in many projects and create various types of events, so you need to enjoy and be able to handle multiple parallel processes.

You likely have education and/or experience as an event manager, communicator, project manager, or similar. The role requires, in addition to creativity and self-drive, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.

We would appreciate if you have knowledge in:

• Administration in CRM systems
• Event and ticketing systems
• Digital meeting platforms
• Software for simple digital events/streaming
• Basic video editing
• Use of AI tools

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Project managing, driving, and further developing WIN’s events and networking activities.
• Communication via web, email, social media, etc.
• Planning and executing activities and joint exhibition booths at national and international trade fairs together with the rest of the team.
• Evaluating and documenting WIN’s events and trade fair participation.
• Managing and updating WIN’s contact database in the CRM system Hubspot.
• Supervision of student employees and interns may occur.
• Basic administrative tasks and office management.

While many tasks are performed together with WIN’s employees, you will be primarily responsible for activities within WIN’s events, networks, and trade fairs.

Practicalities

This is a parental leave replacement position with a workload of 80-100% at Winning Innovation i Lund AB. Location: Lund. Some travel is included in the role.
