We are looking for an IT Security Specialist for a government agency within the traffic sector.

This is a consultancy assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you are responsible for handling cybersecurity issues within the signaling security process, ensuring requirement compliance and documentation, and supporting projects with analyses, tests, risk management, and cybersecurity-related approvals. The role involves close collaboration with the project organization, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a robust and traceable cybersecurity solution.

Responsibilities

• Handle cybersecurity issues within signaling security, IT security, and security protection, and finalize documentation for signaling security approval.
• Coordinate, structure, and package cybersecurity documentation from multiple suppliers into a joint project delivery.
• Ensure scope, boundaries, and requirements, and adapt the requirement setting to the project's needs and goals.
• Conduct threat and risk analyses for data networks, systems, processes, and interfaces, and document risks and measures.
• Complete, clarify, and communicate cybersecurity requirements to projects and suppliers, and ensure requirement compliance.
• Inventorize and collect documentation and ensure traceability between requirements, design, verification, and delivery.
• Document cybersecurity design, security functions, architecture, technical trade-offs, and requirement compliance.
• Develop and conduct cybersecurity tests, evaluate suppliers' tests, and compile verification documentation and cybersecurity cases.
• Identify and document deficiencies and investigate measures and consequences.
• Complete documentation according to governing documents, routines, and processes, and prepare documentation for review and approval.
• Develop cybersecurity cases for data networks and the project's total delivery, and support government and review processes.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and sub-project managers during the project execution.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• At least six (6) years of experience working with cybersecurity in roles such as IT Security Architect, IT Security Specialist, IT Security Expert, or equivalent.
• At least four (4) years of experience in cybersecurity work within OT, industrial, production, or signaling system environments.
• At least six (6) years of experience working with cybersecurity architecture, requirement setting, and technical choices in system deliveries with multiple integrations, data networks, or cooperating systems, including experience with at least 2 of the following:

• Design and review of data networks and associated infrastructure.
• Development and review of cybersecurity in technical solutions.
• Development, completion, and review of requirements according to guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Identification of risks, deficiencies, and challenges, as well as practical proposals for solutions.

• At least four (4) years of experience working with verification and validation of cybersecurity measures, including experience with one or more of the following:

• Development and/or review of test cases and test protocols within cybersecurity in data networks.
• Assessment of conducted cybersecurity tests and analyses.
• Support in approval processes.

• Documented experience of working in at least two (2) assignments where at least two (2) of the following standards/frameworks have been applied in the last 5 years:

• CENELEC TS/EN 50701
• IEC 62443 series
• NIST 800-53

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Merits

• At least two (2) years of practical experience working in infrastructure projects such as public transport, energy, industry, or critical societal functions where cybersecurity has been an integrated part.
• At least two (2) years of experience working as a bridge between IT and OT suppliers, including handling different technical requirements, maturity analyses related to cybersecurity, and supporting coordination and progress in projects.
• Documented experience of converting technical, regulatory, and business requirements into implemented IT solutions for at least two (2) years within the last five (5) years.
