We are now looking for more Polaris who want to work as retail sales assistants at Hemtex, MQ, or Lindex in Alingsås and surrounding areas. As a Polaris, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our client's retail chains. You are assigned to a specific retail chain and move between the chain's different stores as needed. You book your own shifts quickly and easily via our app, choosing the shifts that suit you and your schedule. We are currently expanding our pool with people who can work in stores in Alingsås, but it is an advantage if you can also work in places such as Gothenburg, Lerum, or Partille.

As a sales assistant, you are involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, warehousing, and picking. As a sales assistant, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work in a team with your colleagues in the store.

NOTE: During the summer period, there is limited opportunity for training in the stores, so the start date may be delayed until autumn. We will keep you updated.

Qualifications

• According to the collective agreement for the position, it is a requirement that you have another main occupation of at least 50%. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (on-call or hourly employment does not count), or alternatively being an entrepreneur with active F-tax. The occupation should continue for at least one year. Please describe your occupation clearly in your application!
• You have completed upper secondary education.
• You have previous experience working as a retail sales assistant with personal sales within retail.
• You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during daytime per week; there is also the possibility to work weekends and evenings.
• You can work irregular hours and can step in with short notice.
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English.
