About the Client
Our client is a company located on Orust that offers high quality, service, and technical expertise in cleaning solutions and high-pressure washers. The company primarily serves the automotive industry, but the solutions are used in many different operations where there is a need for both fixed and mobile units, including in the public sector, industry, and remediation.

About the Inside Sales Role
In the role of Inside Sales, you play a central part in the contact with our customers. You work on analyzing needs, providing technical advice, and guiding the customer to the right product or a customized solution. The role also involves responsibility for creating and following up on quotations.

You work with sales both through resellers and directly to the end customer, where you build and develop long-term relationships through ongoing contact via phone and email. Furthermore, you actively work on upselling to existing customers and collaborate closely with production and the product manager regarding customized solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers with a focus on understanding their needs.
  • Conduct needs analysis and guide the customer to the right product or customized solution.
  • Create and follow up on quotations.
  • Sell both through resellers and directly to the end customer.
  • Work proactively on upselling.

About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and is driven by delivering high service. You have a genuine technical interest and are motivated by finding solutions that create value for the customer. This role suits you if you like sales and advisory work and have the ability to build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and translating them into technical solutions. To succeed in the role, we would like you to work in a structured manner, be unpretentious, and have a consultative approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with others, and are comfortable handling multiple parallel customer dialogues and tasks simultaneously.

Key requirements for the position:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or technical advisory roles.
  • A strong technical interest.
  • Good experience with customer contact via phone and email.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities!
