We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager for a one-year assignment starting immediately with Huddinge Municipality, with a scope of 75-100%.

About the assignment

This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia, starting from June 15, 2026, to June 15, 2027. The assignment is for 75-100%. You will be located at the unit's office in Huddinge, and there is an opportunity for hybrid work.

The project covers several areas of activity within the Education Administration and is carried out in close collaboration between operations, IT, information security, and external parties.

You will be responsible for leading the project from planning through implementation, pilot phase, and handover to the administration. The assignment includes project management, coordination of dependencies, risk management, progress tracking, anchoring, and reporting to the steering group and project owner.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the project's activities and resources
• Drive collaboration between operations, IT, architecture, and information security
• Coordinate issues related to identity management, IAM, and SSO
• Plan and conduct workshops, decision forums, and pilot operations
• Ensure documentation, follow-up, and handover

Your qualifications

• Educational background in economics or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex IT-related projects
• At least 2 years of experience leading complex digitalization and IT projects in large organizations within the public sector
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects in environments using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• At least 2 years of experience working within municipal school organizations, thereby having good knowledge of school operations and activities
• At least 1 year of experience with projects related to identity management, federated identity, IAM, and Single Sign-On (SSO)

Preferred qualifications

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Excellent ability to collaborate between operations, IT, information security, and external suppliers
• Good analytical skills and ability to handle complex issues
• Good ability to build trust and relationships with various stakeholders
• Good pedagogical skills and experience communicating with both operations and technical functions
• Good ability and flexibility to quickly get up to speed in new businesses and contexts
