At Omtanken Kviberg, you will find a dedicated team that jointly drives and develops our health center, Child Health Center (BVC), and Young People's Mental Health clinic. The health center is located in fresh, modern premises in one of Kviberg's newest residential areas.

Our working model is based on teamwork, both within the same professional group and cross-professionally. The breadth of competence allows us to take a holistic approach to the patient's health and provide the best care based on the patient's needs.

As a Specialist in General Practice at Omtanken Kviberg, you are offered an independent role where you have the opportunity to influence your work. The work is varied, involving scheduled and urgent patient visits, supervision of trainee doctors, collaboration with home care services, and opportunities to work with child health services. Furthermore, we offer you a fun and exciting job close to our Young People's Mental Health (UPH) team in the same premises, with many contact points where your competence is valued and stimulated.

The position also includes the possibility of a temporary role as the Responsible Medical Doctor, where you, together with the Operations Manager, are responsible for quality and patient safety work.

All doctors are covered by a collective agreement between the Swedish Medical Association (Läkarförbundet) and Swedish Healthcare Employers (Vårdföretagarna).

About you

We are looking for you who are a Specialist in General Practice with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. You have Swedish language skills corresponding to level C1.

We would prefer that you have a few years of experience working in primary care.

You are unpretentious, clear in your communication, and have a good ability to structure and prioritize. As a person, you are team-oriented, solution-focused, and have an interest in developing and driving the health center forward.

Scope: Full-time or as agreed

Employment type: Permanent position, with a 6-month probation period
