Then you might be our new colleague! We are looking for two specialist nurse aides for Home Care East. Here, your focus will be on developing working methods with the individual's needs and abilities at the center.

Home Care East is part of a cluster together with Tunafors, Söder, and Strigeln. We help each other when needed and together we develop our working methods, strengthen the quality of our operations, and build on our competence in various areas.

We are a pleasant and knowledgeable work group with good cohesion. We achieved the best results in the employee survey for 2025, which we are very proud of! Here, you work independently, but you always have colleagues nearby. You will receive an introduction program and a colleague who supports you during the start.

We work actively to provide safe and high-quality care and support. Our focus is on early preventive measures, welfare technology, and the development of home care, as more people will need support at home in the future.

Job Responsibilities

As a specialist nurse aide, you also have special responsibility for quality and development. You mentor colleagues, provide information, and contribute to a safe and professional working method and the development of work routines. You actively participate in quality and development work together with other representatives in a quality group. Here, you can develop by contributing to nursing care and daily rehabilitation, documentation and register work, the perspective of relatives, and team collaboration with licensed personnel.

You also work with personal care and support in the user's home. You contribute to security and a meaningful everyday life. The job includes delegation of medication and insulin. You are the primary contact person for a number of users and are responsible for creating and following up on implementation plans. All documentation takes place in the business system VIVA, where we gather information about the user's needs and interventions.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a nurse aide education with an extension to specialist nurse aide, or who will complete your extension education during 2026/2027. Alternatively, you can be an experienced nurse aide with the ambition to develop in the profession. You can take delegation for medication and insulin, have a B-driver's license, and can cycle. Experience in elderly care and preferably work within home care is highly meritorious. You also have basic IT skills.

We are looking for you who are secure, flexible, and solution-oriented. You have good cooperation skills and a pedagogical approach because you mentor and support colleagues in daily work. You have a clear user focus and an interest in quality, routines, and development. You want to contribute to a better operation and a positive work environment. To be considered, you need to show proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate of service according to transitional rules from July 1, 2023.
